Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for making a measurable and lasting impact in the lives of young children, training staff in the delivery of individualized treatment programs, and integrating the principles of trauma-assumed care and Skills Based Treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Make a measurable and lasting impact in the lives of young children
- Train staff in the delivery of individualized treatment programs for early learners
- Integrate the principles of trauma-assumed care and Skills Based Treatment
- Earn crisis management certification under the Marcus Crisis Prevention Program (MCPP)
- Foster an environment of safety, security, and HRE in clinical services
- Deliver an engaging parent training program that drives lifelong outcomes
- Integrate the latest research of ABA programs for young children
- Advocate for the importance of early intervention and research-based practices
- Experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a clinical setting
- Expertise in the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive programming for children diagnosed with ASD
- Confidence and enthusiasm in promoting the principles of ABA to caregivers and staff
- A passion for developing communication skills in early learners
- Experience with implementing strategies for maladaptive behavior
- Understanding of Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Discrete Trail Teaching (DTT)
- A humble, collaborative, and solution-based approach to problem-solving
- Love of lifelong learning, proactive approach to integrating evidence-based techniques, and a burning desire to provide the best possible treatment available
- Confidence, personal humility, and a demonstrated history of teamwork

- $76,000-90,000 salary based upon experience, with performance-based increases
- Monthly bonuses for case supervision, totaling up to $18,000 per year
