Key Responsibilities- Provider Assignment Process: Assist the Customer Care team with the provider assignment process, focusing on the LTOE experience and coordinating application, reporting instructions, or other details of the deployment in advance.
- Liaison between Clients and Providers: Act as a liaison between clients and providers by assisting with automated processes and document submission, and coordinates with Customer Care and the CVO.
- Assignment Information Communication: Communicate assignment information to clinicians as well as facility contacts, including but not limited to Supervisor, Charge Nurse, hospital CEO, etc.
- Relationship Building: Facilitate relationships with providers and clients with timely information and explanations, allowing Recruiters to maintain focus on productivity.
- Walks providers through the online application and assists with completion.
- Helps providers with digital submission of required documents and ensures they are uploaded to LT doc storage.
- Confirms provider completion of appropriate agreements and addendums.
- Guides providers through time-keeping systems and ensures accurate data entry.
- Other engagement as LTOE develops additional capabilities.
- Builts relationships with clients and establishes open communications.
- Learns staff and practices at facilities or hospitals.
- Obtains contact details for specific assignments and enters into Salesforce.
- Requests facility application and ensures correct MSO contact, email, phone, etc.
- Reviews Client Confirmation for accuracy.
- Acts as a liaison between client and provider, collecting assignment details such as Supervisor, Charge Nurse, etc.
- Coordinates with Recruiter, CVO, and CC to identify areas of communication or application support needed.
- Answers provider questions about the assignment purpose and details.
- Updates Client Contacts in Salesforce.
- May work on special assignments or duties as assigned.
- Operates Client Billing/Sales Portal Platforms.
- May need to assist with pre-assignment duties that are required prior to producer creating a booking.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer relations experience preferred.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or relative CRM systems.
