Clinical Director/BCBA Position Overview
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians while providing direct supervision during client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with the pre-authorized service schedule and accurate documentation of services rendered.
- Manage a maximum caseload of 12 clients, assisting in the selection and supervision of BCBA interns and RBT Trainers as client numbers grow.
- Conduct quarterly analyses of client progress and facilitate in-service training sessions based on identified areas for improvement.
Additional Duties Include:
- Conducting assessments (e.g., VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions).
- Developing individualized, evidence-based client programs.
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting programs as necessary.
- Leading weekly parent training sessions and providing progress updates.
- Supervising interns and RBTs in both center-based and in-home settings.
- Participating in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training sessions.
- Handling insurance correspondence, including pre-authorization requests.
- Implementing safety management protocols.
Qualifications:
- Current BACB Certification is required.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active NPI number.
- QBS certification or equivalent training in restraints/holds is necessary.
- Updated CAQH account.
- No criminal history.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and engage in physical activity.
Work Environment Expectations:
- Work in the center Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
- Supervise in-home clients once a week during evening hours.
- Deliver high-quality care to clients while adhering to ethical guidelines established by the BACB.
- Maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Foster a professional and organized team environment.
- Exhibit professionalism in interactions with staff, clients, and caregivers.
