We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Administrative Manager to join our team at MSCCN. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our leadership team and driving business success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documentation for senior-level executives. You will also develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide administrative support to a large diverse team of people with a variety of management styles
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

The salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
