About the Role

This Asset Management Coordinator position offers an exciting opportunity to join Cambridge Real Estate Services, a premier property management company in the Western US. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our multi-family housing developments.

Job Summary:

This full-time position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of property management experience, preferably in the Western US. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and financial aspects, as well as experience with Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise administrative, marketing, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Monitor property condition to provide proactive maintenance services and prevent costly repairs
  • Coordinate with vendors, including landscapers, turnover services, and technicians to maintain high-quality service standards
  • Oversee capital projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Develop effective relationships with residents to resolve issues promptly and professionally
