Job Description

Nike, Inc. is a global leader in the sports apparel industry, seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to support its Global Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the VP of Global Marketing, Brand Planning, Operations & Shared Services, and contributing to the success of our global marketing operations.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in calendar management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and document preparation. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior-level executives and diverse teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to take initiative, follow through on requests, and use a keen attention to detail
  • Experience working with budgets and financial systems is strongly preferred

Salary Range

Nike, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
