Administrative Operations Specialist

Oregon Society of CPAs is a leading professional membership association in the state. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our President/CEO to implement Society and Executive Office goals and OSCPA Strategic Plan.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional administrative skills. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support on Executive Office projects, meeting facilitation for the OSCPA Board of Directors, and other key committees. Key responsibilities include:
- Producing meeting agendas, minutes, and handouts;
- Gathering input from staff to produce management reports;
- Implementing new fiscal year start-up activities related to boards, chapters, and committees;
- Processing volunteer committee appointments, renewals, and resignations;
- Responsible for OSCPA meeting scheduling, including entering meetings in the database and Outlook calendar.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and experience with Microsoft 365 applications. A minimum of 2 years' related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Association or not-for-profit experience is preferred. Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
