Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Global Stores team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior directors, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents, utilizing Keynote, Illustrator, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Maintain databases, department websites, shared drives, and SharePoint sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in administration.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Keynote, Illustrator, Excel, and Outlook.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $72,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
