Job Description
At ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine, we are seeking a highly skilled Patient Relations Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all individuals who interact with our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage patient intake, registration, and scheduling processes
  • Collect payments and ensure accurate and timely insurance billing
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient care and communication

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • High degree of detail orientation and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • College or associates degree preferred
