Job Overview
Contracting Resources Group, Inc. (CRG), a Woman-Owned Small Business, is seeking an experienced International Programming Specialist to provide support to the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor's Office of Global Programs (DRL/GP). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international programming, foreign assistance funds, and NGO administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the grants officer representative in the administration and coordination of programs.
  • Assist Team Lead and Deputy Directors to oversee program funding for assigned portfolio.
  • Help develop goals, objectives, and programs for utilization of the foreign assistance funding.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree with 7-9 years of experience or a master's degree with 5-7 years of experience in international programming, foreign assistance funds, and NGO administration.
  • Strong knowledge of different types of foreign assistance funds and their applications.
  • Ability to obtain/hold a Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
  • Must be able to travel globally to highly sensitive areas as needed.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
