Salary

The salary for this position is approximately $46,000-$56,000 annually, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role is part of our Leadership Practice Area, which aims to develop the skills and knowledge of individuals from diverse backgrounds through various programs and initiatives.

You will support programming in areas such as administration, compliance, participant and partner communication, data coordination, strategic communications, technology support, event management, and logistics.

Your tasks may include managing program email inboxes, compiling and tracking participant information and project data, reviewing project records, supporting platform administration, arranging event logistics, producing materials and resources, conducting research, communicating with participants and partners, developing social media content, and processing procurement and financial records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 1 year of work experience, including internships or part-time jobs
  • Interest or experience in Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Leadership development, international exchange, and/or professional development programming
  • Experience working with universities, non-profits, or similar organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups and teams
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Data management and analysis skills
  • Virtual content delivery/communications skills
  • Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and project self-management
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
