Security Infrastructure Specialist

At Watermark Risk Management International, we are dedicated to providing exceptional security services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Security Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:This is a critical position that requires strong construction security program management skills and experience working in sensitive security environments. As a Security Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring construction activities on secured sites and ensuring compliance with established security policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Construction Security Program Management: Provide a full range of construction security program management, administrative, construction surveillance management, and construction surveillance.
- Collaboration with Government Staff: Work closely with the assigned Government Site Security Manager (SSM) to ensure all established security policies and procedures are followed.
- Access Control and Surveillance: Perform access control functions to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons, materials, and equipment into the site, and conduct in-depth inspections of construction materials, tools, and equipment prior to and after their use/installation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document the construction activities of all persons on the Secured Site, document and report all security incidents that occur on the Secured Site to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- A current Top Secret personnel security clearance and the ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract.
- A minimum of five (5), preferably seven (7), years of construction experience and a minimum of three (3) years of construction experience directly related to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities construction or physical security.
- Knowledgeable and demonstrated ability applying physical security policies and procedures and/or Intelligence Community security guidelines and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary range of $84,700-$142,100, depending on qualifications and experience.
