The Bilingual Customer Experience Representative II will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve common goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
