Customer Relations Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience at our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers by answering questions and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide top-notch customer service throughout the entire dealership, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Effectively communicate between customers and dealership personnel to ensure all needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated customer service and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a retail environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Good listener and communicator with a pleasant and friendly attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
