We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Global Channel Management. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Gather information and research customer issues
  • Communicate options for resolution in a timely manner
  • Inform customers about services available and assess customer needs
  • Prepare reports to track workload, response time, and quality of input

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Clerical/customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Grammar accuracy
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

  • Call center environment
