Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Roberts Oxygen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships in our Portsmouth, VA territory.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the company's growth and financial goals through territory sales and business development.
- Increase visibility of company capabilities, products, and services to existing and potential customers.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, customer quotes, and service agreements to meet customer needs.
- Understand customer requirements to provide tailored recommendations for products and services.
- Track and report financial and sales activities to ensure accurate data and informed decision-making.
- Negotiate pricing based on profitability analysis for specific products and services.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Have a sense of urgency and provide exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of sales or related experience in the compressed gases and metal fabrication industry.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet searching.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel within and outside the sales territory.
- Capable of lifting at least 75 pounds.
- Willingness to assist other departments within the company.
- Excellent driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
