We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Account Executive. This role will involve managing major US wholesale department stores and value channel accounts, driving growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of major US wholesale department stores and value channel accounts
- Deliver net sales performance for accounts, with experience working with OTB (Opening to Buy) essential
- Achieve sales and margin targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and retail partners
- Make strategic and critical decisions to drive business growth
- Pursue self-development and continuous learning
- Take ownership of the entire business, including new business development and forecasting accuracy
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience managing better department stores, with a proven track record of success at Dillards, Macys, or Nordstrom
- Value channel experience a plus
- MERCHANDISING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE A PLUS
- Proficient in retail analytics and merchandising, with knowledge of OTB and retail math skills a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High product taste level
- Ability to travel up to 30% - trade show experience and willingness to learn about new businesses a must
- A Hustle mentality with a can-do attitude and ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
- Digital experience a plus
