About the Role:

The Sales and Account Growth Manager will play a crucial part in managing and growing sales of existing and potential new accounts.

This position requires a versatile individual with a strong understanding of product, business analytics, and the retail market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and develop annual sales and stock plans with retailers
  • Analyze trends and opportunities to make informed recommendations
  • Constantly review results and plans to ensure maximum profitability for both retailer and company
  • Work closely with Buyers and Planners to determine sales and stock ratios
  • Present additional needs based on analysis and establish realistic turn and markdown expectations
  • Project end-of-season numbers by door and plan sales for future seasons
  • Communicate weekly numbers with Planning and get mid-week sales from Buyers/Federated office
  • Update open-to-buy on a bi-weekly basis and review shipping/orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Review bookings to meet target shipping goals and discuss any issues with Buyers, Coordinators, or management as appropriate
  • Present product lines to retailers that best represent trend and vision of Company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales or account management

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this role is estimated at $80,000 per year, depending on factors such as market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience.

About the Department:

The Guess?, Inc., Wholesale division manages all US sales for our wholesale business, including apparel for men, women, and kids through various retail customers.
