In this position, you will collaborate closely with and mentor a high-performing tech team specializing in supply chain technology, fostering an environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth. You will also define and implement a long-term technical roadmap, breaking it down into actionable projects with clear milestones and deliverables. Your role includes providing strategic input on technical decisions and guiding the team to execute projects that align with both product and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement software architectures for high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability systems
* Develop and lead the development of advanced e-commerce supply chain technologies
* Collaborate with and mentor a high-performing tech team
* Define and implement a long-term technical roadmap
* Provide strategic input on technical decisions

Requirements:

* 5 years of demonstrated proficiency in coding with at least 1 programming language such as Java, Golang, or C++
* Experience with relevant technology stacks associated with these programming languages
* Familiarity with commonly used middleware technologies
* Practical experience in designing and implementing software architectures
* Strong background in creating high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability systems
* In-depth understanding of distributed systems concepts
* Experience in leading the design or reconstruction of medium to large-scale complex systems
