Key Responsibilities- Coordinate service appointments and gather customer and vehicle information in advance.
- Welcome customers promptly and courteously.
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for labor and parts, establishing clear timelines for service completion.
- Monitor the progress of repairs throughout the day, communicating any changes in estimates or timelines to customers, and securing necessary approvals for additional work.
- Conduct test drives or collaborate with technicians as needed.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index, aligning with manufacturer and industry standards.
- Educate customers on vehicle maintenance and the importance of adhering to manufacturer specifications.
- Meet dealership standards for productivity and efficiency.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal and safety protocols.
- Report any accidents or safety concerns to management immediately.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous dealership experience is essential.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions effectively.
- A minimum of two years in a dealership role.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
- ASE certification is a plus.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Commitment to safety and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
