We are seeking an experienced Community Development Coordinator to join our team in Ward 8. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community outreach and engagement strategies, building relationships with local stakeholders, and fostering partnerships that drive positive change.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of community engagement and outreach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups. If you are passionate about creating positive impact and driving community growth, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement community outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Build relationships with local stakeholders and foster partnerships.
  • Collect and manage data to inform decision-making and drive program development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum one to three years of experience in external-facing roles, preferably in non-profit settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently as part of a team.
