What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the Real Estate Community, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Facilitate regular leadership briefings, training sessions, and engagement activities to enhance community collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Provide expert guidance and resources to community members on real estate processes, tools, and strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of P3/P4 partnerships with local and state governments, academia, non-profits, and private industry.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in community management, project management, or leadership roles supporting large organizations or government entities.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate, asset management, and public-private partnerships.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and program development.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Estimated annual salary: $140,000.
