Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Campus Aide to provide support to the Student Services Manager and school administration on the implementation of school-wide behavior systems and student supports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) and reinforce school-wide behavior expectations to promote positive student behavior.
  • Supervise hallways, common areas, and students before, during, and after school.
  • Assist in classrooms as needed and provide support to high needs students.
  • Participate in the active supervision of hallways, common areas, monitoring/redirection of students, and support in classrooms as needed.
  • Support with the training and onboarding of newly hired Campus Aides, contracted support staff, and substitute aides.
  • Plan and co-lead professional development sessions for Campus Aides and support staff.
  • Maintain and account Nutrition/Lunch equipment throughout the year.
  • Receive and appropriately log daily Accident and Incident Reports.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to foster positive working relationships.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels (including all staff, parents, students, and community members) in a respectful manner and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Reliable and insured transportation.
  • Ability to travel between schools and the home office as required.
  • Clear TB, DOJ, and FBI Clearance.
  • Documentation of eligibility to work in the US.
