Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents and ensuring they receive the best care and support. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and assistance to our residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to residents.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving.
- Support residents in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents' conditions.

Additional Responsibilities for MedTechs:
- Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules.
- Document medication administration accurately and maintain records.
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medications and report to the nursing team.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required. We provide training for motivated candidates.
- Compassion and a genuine desire to help seniors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
