Sales Team Lead

VIRELLA is seeking a results-driven leader to join our team and drive business growth. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to service existing clients, research new business opportunities, and supervise a team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research and identify new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing efforts.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity and provide regular reporting.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth and success.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
