The Office Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support both management and staff, including:

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
    • Welcome and assist visitors to the office
    • Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies
    • Conduct errands as needed for office operations
    • Assist in planning and organizing company events
    • Handle the initiation and renewal of necessary business licenses and registrations
  • Financial Duties:
    • Compile and submit monthly tax reports
    • Maintain accurate vendor payment records and accounts payable documentation
    • Monitor and record credit card transactions
    • Reconcile monthly credit card and vendor statements
    • Process vendor payments as directed by management
  • Payroll Duties:
    • Input timekeeping data into the accounting system for payroll processing
