  • Prepare weekly payroll import sheets for the accounting system
  • Track and process employee payroll reimbursements
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and email
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Computer and desk work for extended periods of time

We offer a competitive salary of $24.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, 401(k) with up to 4% employer match, weekly paychecks, generous PTO, paid holidays, and opportunities for growth and development.
