The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by greeting and registering patients, instructing and directing patients and visitors, and scheduling appointments.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of customer service experience, and intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred qualifications include experience with electronic health records, scheduling, and handling cash and counting money at high volumes.
