We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Office Manager for our Commercial Real Estate Firm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a commercial real estate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
