Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team at Thur Retail. As a Commercial Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple accounts and reconciliations in QuickBooks
  • Ensure bills are paid and communicate effectively with clients
  • Provide administrative support to management, including preparing letters and proposals
  • Develop and maintain procedures and systems to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of executive-level administrative experience
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced Excel and typing skills
