Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our communication systems projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile project management, technical project experience in communication projects, and excellent knowledge of Networking and Communications protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving timelines, managing scope creep, and effectively partnering with the Solutions Architect and Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive timelines and aim for on-time delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work.
  • Effectively manage scope creep and ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Own and host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, and set meeting agendas.
  • Be the initial point of project escalation and understanding when to escalate up as needed.
  • Align and track project resources and tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration with the delivery team.
  • Partner with the Solutions Architect and Development team to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • 10+ years of technical project experience in communication projects.
  • Good knowledge of Agile project management methodology.
  • 2+ years' experience in DevOps or JIRA.
  • Experience in Networking and Communications protocols (SFTP).
  • Nice to have cloud Networking, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Exposure to CPaaS, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communications services, telephony, Audio codes, Video codes, OPUS, RTC, Real-time communications.
  • Excellent work ethic with a willingness to learn from team members.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills, and ability to achieve results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Leverage Agile Development best practices in project activities.
