Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at ApTask. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving timelines and ensuring the successful completion of all in-scope project work. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of all in-scope project work.
  • Scope Management: Effectively manage scope creep and ensure that all project deliverables are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects and Development teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and ensure that all project-related communication is clear and concise.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all potential issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Agile Methodology: Leverage Agile Development best practices in project activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Technical Project Management Experience: 10+ years of technical project experience in communication projects.
  • Agile Methodology: Good knowledge of Agile project management methodology.
  • DevOps Experience: 2+ years' experience in DevOps or JIRA.
  • Networking and Communications Protocols: Experience in Networking and Communications protocols (SFTP).
  • Cloud Networking: Nice to have cloud Networking experience.
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Nice to have HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience.
  • CPaas, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communications Services: Exposure to CPaas, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communications services, telephony, Audio codes, Video codes, OPUS, RTC, Real-time communications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or any related field.
