Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our team in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems in commercial and light industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of service and install technicians to ensure efficient department operations and dispatch personnel.
  • Routinely work with service and install technicians to install, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and personnel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in HVAC management or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including commercial and industrial applications.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and utilize technical manuals, schematics, and control circuits.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Conflict management and detail-oriented skills.
  • Computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
