Position Overview:

As a key member of our hospitality team, the Bar Back plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage service. This position is essential for maintaining the bar's efficiency and cleanliness, providing support to bartenders, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:

1. **Inventory Management:**
- Receive and organize all liquor, beer, and wine deliveries.
- Replenish supplies throughout the shift to ensure availability.

2. **Bar Setup and Maintenance:**
- Prepare the bar area by setting up bottles and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Maintain cleanliness by washing surfaces, mopping floors, and removing rubbish from receptacles.

3. **Guest Assistance:**
- Prepare and serve beverages as needed to support bartenders.
- Ensure that bar snacks and supplies are stocked and available for guests.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage items.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
