Job Title: Luxury Sales Associate

Rove Concepts is a leading online retailer of high-end, mid-century modern furniture, with a strong presence in North America. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at our La Jolla showroom.

Job Summary:

The Luxury Sales Associate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating memorable shopping experiences for our clientele. As an ambassador of our luxury furniture brand, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, engaging with them on a personal level, and providing informative and engaging explanations about our furniture collections, materials, and design options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable in our showroom environment.
  • Engage with customers on a personal level to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including details about our furniture collections, materials, design options, and the latest industry trends.
  • Utilize cutting-edge AR, VR, and Studio X technology to offer immersive and interactive experiences, allowing customers to visualize furniture pieces in their own space and customize them to their liking.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience from start to finish.
  • Take a proactive approach to sales activities, actively seeking out opportunities to drive revenue and achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers through ongoing communication and personalized follow-up.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the showroom team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to provide customers with up-to-date information and insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience working in a bonus incentive environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
  • Passion for interior design and a discerning eye for detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine desire to assist customers in realizing their visions.
  • Familiarity with AR, VR, and technology-driven sales approaches is advantageous.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
