About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Cartier, a leading luxury goods company. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Achievement:
    • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, as directed by management.
    • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio, ensuring a unique and exceptional customer experience throughout all touch points.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry news and competitor activity.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
    • Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
    • Resolve client issues and concerns, escalating as needed to management.
  • Daily Boutique Operations:
    • Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
    • Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique, and communicate on any maintenance issues.
    • Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • College degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment.
    • General knowledge of timepiece movements.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.
    • Computer and internet savvy.
    • MS Office experience required, SAP knowledge preferred.
