Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in person and via phone/live chat to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our luxury products and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Viewing Room, and ensure that all sales materials and product displays are up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of Retail Sales/Customer Service experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
