About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Director to join our team at Center for Family Services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our SVS Program, including recruiting, selecting, coaching, supervising, and assessing Therapeutic and Supportive Visitation Specialists and Regional Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve program outcomes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, select, and develop high-performing staff
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure staff success
  • Data Analysis
    • Collect and analyze data to inform program decisions
    • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in social work or a related field and at least 5 years of experience providing mental health services, including 2 years of supervisory experience. A valid professional license (LPC, LCSW) is also required.
