Job Description

The Center for Family Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Therapeutic Visitation Specialist Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Therapeutic Visitation Services (SVS) Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with diverse populations and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Therapeutic and Supportive Visitation Specialists
  • Develop and implement program strategies to enhance service delivery and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service provision

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health services, including 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Valid NJ driver's license and clean driving record

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
