Permanency and Support Professional

As a Hope & Healing Facilitator at 4 Sisters Solutions, Inc., your primary responsibility will be to work in partnership with children, families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to achieve permanency, safety, and well-being goals. This includes facilitating and/or coordinating parent-child and sibling visitations, engaging caregivers through clear communication, and co-facilitating TBRI Caregiver Groups. You will also coordinate child well-being activities timely as required, encourage caregivers throughout the week using resources provided by 4 Sisters Solutions, and document contact and attempted contacts in FSFN/note capturing system within 48 hours of activity. With a Bachelor's degree in social work (preferred) or related area of study, and holding a Child Welfare Certified Professional (CWCP) credential, you will be equipped to excel in this role. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication skills, strong assessment skills related to risk and safety, and adaptive technical skills to navigate software such as Teams, SharePoint, and FSFN.
