Educational Support Specialist

The Goddard School of Hamilton (Quakerbridge), NJ is seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Assistant to support our Lead Teachers in creating engaging programs for young children. As an essential member of our team, you will play a key role in promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Provide individualized support to children, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
- Prepare classroom materials, maintaining a safe and clean environment that promotes learning.
- Supervise children during activities, providing guidance and redirection when needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and activities.
- A competitive hourly wage: $15-$18 per hour, commensurate with experience.
