About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at Consilium Staffing. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients in an inpatient setting and be able to assist with coverage at our Partial Hospitalization Program.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting intakes and rounding on 15-22 patients in our 24-bed unit. Additionally, they will assist with coverage at the PHP program, which serves 7 patients.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000-$300,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in New Jersey. This figure includes base salary, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a valid medical license and relevant experience working in a psychiatric setting. A strong understanding of child and adolescent psychiatry, as well as excellent communication skills, are also essential.
