Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or office-related role
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn new proprietary software quickly
  • Exceptional organizational skills with multitasking capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Composure in high-pressure situations
  • Polite and confident demeanor with excellent customer service skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in auditing, estimating, or accounting is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with Xactimate or Xactanalysis is an advantage
  • Background in water, fire, mold restoration, or construction is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and update job statuses regularly
  • Generate work orders and maintain a progress board
  • Ensure compliance with insurance carrier requirements
  • Review and confirm initial field documentation
  • Prepare preliminary estimates
  • Complete and verify job file documentation
  • Conduct thorough reviews of job files for accuracy
  • Ensure all job files are securely backed up
