About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our Civil Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering design within your technical discipline and coordinate with other engineering disciplines for design, plan production, and construction administration on projects.
  • Supervise the work of a team of civil engineers and designers in meeting project objectives.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local design criteria and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Perform quality control reviews at appropriate milestones and assure proper QC parameters are met.
  • Report preparation and presentation to clients, including design, budget, or staff performance issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a B.S. Degree in an appropriate field of study from an accredited college.
  • Minimum of ten years actual experience in civil engineering development and municipal engineering projects.
  • Professional Engineering Licensure in the location of practice.
