Requirements
- Education: Master's or second degree in Logistics/Freight (BA & BS combination).
- Experience: 5+ years of international experience, 5+ years of direct and virtual leadership experience, 5+ years in Business Unit/Functional Unit sales and industry roles.
- Skills: Experience in forwarding, business management, client relationship management, business development, and profit & loss management. Successfully executes cross-selling solutions and initiatives.

The target salary range for this position is between $170,000.00 and $200,000.00. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
