This key role will involve formulating and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth within specific commercial and military aerospace sectors, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a detailed strategic plan to identify and pursue opportunities in the aerospace sector.
  • Construct business cases with clear goals, including revenue benchmarks, expense forecasts, and expansion tactics.
  • Establish and track development objectives, orchestrate action plans, and assess the sales force's efficacy.
  • Engage with various teams to synchronize efforts and realize company-wide goals.
  • Deepen client relationships, bolster sales support, and initiate lead generation within the aerospace domain.
  • Craft and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and cost strategies.
  • Scrutinize market intelligence and trends to pinpoint fresh sales prospects.
  • Guide specialized team training and contribute to the formulation of business development strategies.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or business management; an MBA is highly regarded.
  • Over 5 years of high-level sales or strategic planning experience, with a decade or more in leadership roles.
  • Experience with DOD operations, maintenance, and contracting will be considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite and adeptness at interpreting financial reports.
  • Preparedness to travel up to 40% for business needs.
