Job Profile

Position Overview

PNC, a leading financial institution, is seeking a highly skilled professional to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales growth in our Retail Branch Banking Network. As a Branch Sales and Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and identifying opportunities to improve customers' financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, leveraging a defined sales process to identify and engage customers in meaningful conversations.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, utilizing a range of techniques to elevate client loyalty and deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customers' share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.

  • Customer Focus - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, leveraging that information to create customized customer solutions.
  • Risk Management - Assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as digital awareness and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, build effective working relationships, and apply problem-solving skills to diverse situations.
  • Prospecting and selling skills, with the ability to identify and engage potential customers in the market.
  • Knowledge of retail lending products and services, with the ability to design and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
