About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Director to lead our Home Health operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction
  • Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
  • Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and the AVP of Operations and Finance to establish revenue and budget goals
  • Conduct continuous quality improvement initiatives, including quarterly committee meetings and patient satisfaction data reviews
  • Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet admission goals and participate in sales and marketing initiatives
  • Manage office operations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice
  • Outstanding leadership skills with experience motivating, educating, and supervising staff
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Fiscal management experience and proficiency in EMR systems, including Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
