Key Responsibilities

  • Tire and Auto Sales: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations and providing expert advice on tire and auto sales.
  • Service Department Support: Collaborate with the service department to manage schedules, order parts, and ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts and services.
  • Inspection Report Review: Review inspection reports from technicians and manage technician time to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Attendance and Communication: Maintain a high level of attendance and professional communication with all customers and associates.
  • Progress Updates: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • Service Advisor/Writer Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a service advisor or writer role.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Tire Selling Experience: Minimum 2+ years of tire selling experience.
