Job Title: Product Specialist

Shockwave Medical, Inc. is a pioneer in the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate customers and new sales by providing and supporting product and technical information in a timely manner.
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes.
  • Educate customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve related sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor area sales trends and product performance results.
  • Follow all company safety policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the medical device market, especially interventional peripheral and coronary, with good clinical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and convincing personality.
  • Native in French, fluent in English, a plus.
  • Based in France (Bordeaux area) with a high willingness to travel.
  • Strong practical commercial execution background.
  • Proven problem solver.
  • Knowledge of in-country sales channels.
  • Good knowledge about medical device market situation (competitor activities, pricing, etc.).
  • Positive and enthusiastic.
